Great Morning! 15 Pax competed in a game of capture the flag. It was Odds vs Evens. Both teams pushed hard. Evens took the gold. Game consisted of four rounds of merkins, squats, American hammers, and mountain climbers with burpees in between each exercise. Round 1 started with 10 reps each, increasing by 10 each round, finishing with 40 reps. After round 4, grab the flag (20lb dumbbell 💪) and bear crawl or lunge walk back to your base. One PAX had to take dumbbell in tow.
Glad to say both teams completed every rep!!! Finished with 10 minutes of Mary, including @spayed showing off his counting skills as he counted to one hundred.
Welcomed new FNG (Web MD)! He found us on his own and sure to be back.
