Fantastic morning for the 8 HIMs at Thunderstruck!! We started by welcoming Sparkles back and did the pledge. Circled the parking lot looking for Jiggly Puff. Warmup with a few stretches. Welcomed JP in from the EC. Then we headed out and found a nice hill to run up and down…a lot…with some exercises thrown in. Then, time was about up so back to the flag! 3+ miles covered.
COT: TCP Sawgrass this weekend. Sir Walter Miler Friday evening.
