Three SCary PAX crossed the boarder and enjoyed fellowship with our Carpex brothers for a mix of Happy Dino, Das Boot, tooB saD, and a little extra. Speaking of brothers…it felt like everybody and their brother was out there this fine morning. It was a nice size PAX with runners of all paces.
The Super was The Super with 21 total miles. Hermes was Hermes sharing not only early career but also current life observations. Vegemite was Vegemite with constant tracking of HR, pace, and the weather.
2nd F coffee was enjoyed afterwords at Common Grounds.
