I didn’t let a guys’ trip to Beaufort stop me from getting my first 6-pack! I missed being with my fellow PAX at Loch&Load, but still logged a 47-minute solo workout.
Started with a warmup mosey, side straddle hops, derkins, and dips. The workout mainly consisted of running along the waterfront for a few minutes and then stopping to do a series of abs, chest, abs, and triceps exercises. I found a nice little stretch on the point so the 2nd half was running a pickle between the exercises.
