Sunday Slowzy was in full effect today. Some did EC’s before and after but all had a great run in some amazing weather. Big topics were discussed, (most agreed that the Barbie movie was not a great date movie) and all are ready to kill some hills or take on a half marathon later this week. MIAGD!
