10 gathered on a fine late Monday morning. 3 ECers took to the course early and got in the standard Kryptonite EC. It’s a taper week so it was a vanilla day. Got in a mile warmup and then a short stretch out. Over to the big Koka Booth parking lot for a mosey up and down the lots with merkins at one end and low slow flutters on the other end. Did that for about 30 min and then back to the flag. We made it official with 3.3 miles traveled.
