In remembrance of 9/11, started off with a mosey to lower parking lot for sets of 9 and 11 including SSH, IW, and some South Cary Stretching before moseying back up to upper parking lot.
Thang 1: Completed a 1st and 10 which consisted of 100 yards marked in 10 yd increments. We started at 10 yr line, did set of 11’s starting with 10 Burpee’s and 1 Merkin, then sprinted to Goal Line. Moseyed back to 20 and completed next set of 11’s and sprinted to finish line. Continued u til we were finished. Definitely harder then I anticipated but the group crushed it!
Thang 2: Moseyed to lower parking lot and did 4 workouts to remember those lost in each of the plane crashes on 9/11. Grabbed a rock and completed 87 American hammers (AA11), 60 Curls (UA175), 59 Tricep Curls (AA77), and 40 Squats (UA93).
Thang 3: Underestimating how in shape and awesome our group was, still had 15 min left so added a Dora with groups of 2 completing 100 LBC’s, 50 Merkins and 25 Burpees. PAX were not happy with more burpees, some chatter ensued.
Finished with a Popcorn Mary back at the flag with everyone picking a workout and sharing where they were on 9/11.

Prayers for Brie and his wife as they have their next appt today and for Bubba’s son as he has court on Friday. Praises to Hallmark for starting a new job today and to Snip who turned 41 today.
