We pledged then did a slow mosey to the medical parking lot for a SCary warm up.

We partnered up by birthday months to do the pain escalator up each parking lot line.
Partner 1:
10 merkins on a line
10 squats on a line
100’s as they wait.
Partner 2: run the hill and back.
Switch.

Change to lunge 5 lines and then shoulder taps
And 100’s as you wait. The shorter the pickle run the less 100’s we did.

We did 1 last 100 as a group and then ran back to the park to do some rock work. Rock press and holds, overhead press, and tricep extensions.

Back to the flag for some Breezy inspired Mary as YHC was blanking on exercises.
