15 gathered on this crisp Friday morning. Lots of ECers to get the morning started. We welcomed Test Tube from F3 Savannah.
Started with pledge and then a short mosey down the street to the Java Jive lot for a short warmup. Then partnered up for a good old fashioned Dora of merkins, LBC’s and squats with a pickle of up the stairs and around the building. Next we headed back across Kildaire to the RLS parking lot hill and performed 11’s up and down the hill. Low slow flutters at the top and squats and the bottom. Then a short mosey back to the flag just in time for COT.
