Thankful for my 3 brothers who showed up today to help me through the Week 3 edition of the IronPAX23 challenge. This one was extra tough! We thought our pace was really good heading into Round 4… and then not.
The Blockees are everyone’s favorite new exercise and we were excited to pair them with Merkins in the final lap of the Cindy 500.
