Four studs joined me this morning for the IPC Week 3 “Cindy 500”. 500 reps were completed (lots of coupon work) and 2,000 meters+ were covered this morning. The Blockees were a hit and should be incorporated in every boot camp beatdown going forward. Lots of encouragement was dished out and everyone finished every rep and ever meter of the runs. Proud of these guys for showing up and giving 100% and pushing me to do the same.
