3 or so for the EC. 11 at 530 for the ME. 1 more was a hair late. We jogged the long way to the well lit parking lot. We then did 2 good mornings, 10 sir farrzio arm circles. Then we did 6 sets of 20 merkins with some jogging in between. Then we split into 2 teams for some Indian run races with some penalty burpees for the losers. Then we jogged back to the flag just in time.
