10 guys for a limited run workout at the finest AO off Kildaire road on a Friday! The ORIGINAL Trunk Coffee AO, where all sorts of new trends originate!

YHC somehow injured his Hammies at “The Rodeo,” the OG Carpex’s newest high tempo Thursday AO and wasn’t too sure about being able to run or do much leg work today. Surprise! Running wasn’t painful at all, but I wasn’t taking any chances with squats, lunges, or other leg focused stuff.

After a brief jaunt through the parking lots, we did a vanilla warmup, then got right to it.

20 Dips in the shelter, feet elevated
10 pull-ups at the playground and LBCs while taking turns
Then we ran over to my truck to grab some Morning Wood. 20 Curls, 20 Rows, and then overhead presses while we walked to the far parking lot,
Throws to the left down the parking with 5 ‘Mericans after every through, followed by throws to the right back to the other end with 5 ‘Mericans after every throw
Back to the shelter for 40 Dips
Back to the playground for 10 more pullups / LBC’s
Morning Wood for rear overhead throws with 5 Worst ‘Mericans Ever after every throw (These were beginning to get a little difficult near the end.
To the Shelter for 50 dips
Playground for 10 Pullups / LBC’s followed by 5 negative pullups
Head to the woodpile to collect the firewood, OHP and Curl your way back to the truck.
20 WWII’s to wrap it all up.

There tons of “Morning Wood” jokes, of course and suggestions that this be entered into the Lexicon. Mild dadjokes were shared, as well as Joe Smith’s BRR Packing strategy for his upcoming trip to Disney!
