A+ group of guys today at the home of the premier Monday South Cary high tempo AO. Small group Native American run around the lake and up the hill led us to the parking deck. There, 13 men lineup straight across with 1 on the jump rope, 1 on the agility ladder, 1 on the Ab station and 1 pounding out merkins. 9 runners then sprint down and back before rotating down and around each time. Solid showing on the rope by everyone.
Quick set of 5 stair runs then back to the lake to hustle it back to the flag in time for Nolan Ryan’s (ah I mean Robin Ventura’s to end it)!
