Thing 1:

15 lunges
10 curtesy squats
5 calf raises
Run THE HILL. the bottom to mostly the top.

Thing 2:
Two groups.
1 runs the the pickle of THE HILL while the other group hits the “Motivator” count down from 14. TC for Doula stepping up as second Q.

Thing 3:
The Cheese/Hamster Wheel (kudos to Cheeseballs for the idea)
Run around the fountain and do various exercises as called.
