TGIF! A premier Friday it is too!
3 for the 1 mile EC (the premier EC of SCary) where we ran into a McDonald’s snake.

12 for the ME. Pledge then mosey over for a quick warm up and run through of the P.R.E.M.I.E.R. workout theme.

The whole routine was based off the 1:4 ratio of Jack Webb’s but the Hallelujah exercises changed. We went all the way through to 10:40 with some great pickle running in between. Repeato.

P. – prayer squats, pickle pounders
R. – Russian Twists
E. – extra slow low flutters
M. – Morning Call Round the horn. (Caller does 5 squats while the PAX do a plank hold and do merkins on the down)
I. – irkins, imperial walkers

This is what we got through for the allotted time. Missed Rockette hillbillies and more extra slow low flutters.

Mumble chatter was solid – chiropractors, medical juju, Grisham’s love of “the funk,”and how we would love $200/hour rate.

Announcements – TCP moving a family on Saturday in the morning (10), shooting at Rip’s at 2, and meat fest at Prodigal’s in the evening. Reminder for OC’s birthday bash November 3rd.

Prayers for Snip’s sister, baby Ally Jean, and all those spoken and unspoken.
