Obadiah led at The Highlands AO in F3 The Capital. We toured Arlington parks including Amazon HQ2 campus and of course a parking deck, but not the heated Costco parking deck. We did a bunch of box jumps, derkins, dips, squats and more. One for a 1/2 mile jog from and to the Marriot.
