YHC started with finally getting the mission of F3 stated correctly, then moseyed to get the HIMs warm,
To stay warm we did 4 corners with merkins, squats, CDDs, and Plank jacks.
Then we found some wall for Balls to the wall and the people’s chair.
Next, in honor of the pull up challenge we did pull up, burpee, pickle
Bear crawl, painted some lines, and finished with some Mary.
By the end we may have been a little tired but no longer cold.
