YHC hadn’t Q’d SWW in too long. I was feeling nostalgic for past workouts at the Crescent Green parking deck. A runner friendly group headed there after a quick warmup. We tackled the stairs with Merkins at the bottom, Squats at the top of the first flight and headed to the top of the deck for some abs and a loop through the random inventory car lot. Rinse and repeat. Finished at the playground for a Mary/Pullup combo. Prayers for @Brie and family to lift them up over the next few weeks as they navigate the birth of their daughter.
