Nothing like a wet and rainy Pre Thanksgiving day workout under the pavilion!
The Thanksgiving Day menu was as follows:
First Course:
10 rounds
10KB rack squats (5 each side)
10 KB swings
5 pushups
Second course:
10 min AMRAP
10 KB ground to over head
10 KB lunges (per leg)
10 KB snatch (per arm)
Third course:
10 rounds
5 KB squat thrusters
10 KB swings
10 KB rows (5 arm)
Fourth course:
10 min AMRAP
10 burpees
10 KB alternating swings
10 KB shoulder press (5 each side)
10 jumping jacks
