8 at The Chopper in Louisville for a 36 degrees light drizzle workout. Kilo Q’d and we pushed pallets around the parking lot (which really sucked) and then we did some exercises and ran around. Lots of burpees were called…not sure if they got to 100 or not…but YHC did approx 15. 62.5% attendance at Starbucks for coffeeteria.
