8 to celebrate my 45th birthday. A little light on the miles this time around due to underestimating how much time it would take to do sets of 45…. We started with a run up the Hill of Ederlee to the parking deck, then we did a warmup including one of my favorites – the Motivator.. Then we did 45 merkins, take a lap, 45 squats, take a lap, 45 lbcs, take a lap & 45 lunges, take a lap… we did that twice, then went down to Symphony Lake for an Indian Run back to the flag, wrapping up with 45 lbcs. Thank you for the opportunity to lead today! Prayers for WonderBread’s wife and Nabisco’s father. MIAGD!
