1. PickUp fired up an around-the-world playlist, with songs from Nigeria, Australia, Uganda, Central America, South Korea, and Ireland.
2. Bear crawls, box jumps, lots of kettlebell swings, plus core and back work, all at the usual PickUp intensity.
3. Hermes does an impressive handstand.
4. Mass confusion about the Nation Nantan Ascension location, but we’ll all be doing the DDD so whatever.
5. Fantastic morning. Bluewater was in shorts and a tshirt so I’m not going to complain about how cold it was. PickUp is awesome. –CJ
