Standard mosey and warmup start and then on to some four corners. I hinted to some people about low mileage but apparently, and without realizing it, picked one of the larger four corner spots out there. We didn’t hit 5k, but weren’t far off.
The four corner exercises were merkins, v-ups, side squats, shakiras. Started with 7 reps of each, increased to 14 on the next lap, and then 21 on the final lap.
Moseyed back towards the flag for a set of 7s on the hill. I knew people would be dissappointed without some side-plank-star-crunches so those were done at the top of the hill with catalina wine mixers at the bottom. Circled up for a few mary exercises to finish it off.
