Joined the Hells Bells Pax for a cataracts led beat down. After the pledge we farmer carried double KBs to cemetery hill where we completed some shoulder warm ups and penalty burpees.
We completed 6 trips up cemetery hill with twin KB deadlifts and GM squats at the bottom and KB cleans and KB swings at the top of the hill.
Farmer carry back to the flag for some merry and have a nice day.
