YHC was one of 6 for a Spazz Q at Comanche in Concord whilst at Great Wolf Lodge.
Workout included a single thang. A bucket of exercises, draw two at a time…call a mode of transportation to the flag pole, do one of the two exercises, mosey over to the other location to do the second exercises and then mosey back and repeat.
