Sheep lap mosey with YHC pushing 8 min pace to extended warmups.
Over to the rock pile for a challenging rock for the Thang. We did a bunch of rock exercises with a lot of reps including curls, tricep extensions, chest presses, rock squats, 21s (deconstructed curls?), and overhead presses. Sheep loop and then a round of popcorn mary where a pax would call an exercise of their choice for 14 or 15 reps. Back to get a different rock and repeat the exercises. Sheep loop to mary again. To rocks again. Return rocks. Sheep loop and head back to the flag. I can feel my biceps bulging (like Kirkland’s shorts) and my abs feel ripped (like Yogi’s pants).
