This morning in Breezy’s world, the PAX ran across the street to the dumpster parking lot to do a quick warmup. After which, we shuffled over to the stairs, and worked on our calves.

Now time for the real workout. We ran to the rock pile and selected rocks, suitable for traveling short distances. Headed over to the picnic area and completed a sundry of rock base workouts with a short pickle around the playground in between each set.

We finished this morning‘s activity with a round of 100 passing the rock. It was then back to the flag for a quick round of Mary.

In the middle of all of this. We were able to get 100 Merkins accomplished, and I threw in a bunch of “one burpee just for fun”s.

COT thoughts:

Achieving weight loss goals can be a challenging journey that impacts both physical and mental well-being. I believe it is important to prioritize mental health alongside physical changes. Connecting with a supportive PAX can provide invaluable encouragement, accountability, and a sounding board for challenges faced along the way. Sharing successes and setbacks with someone who cares can ease the burden and foster a sense of camaraderie on the path to better health. The journey is as much about your mind as it is about transforming your body.

As always, thanks for the opportunity to lead.
