YHC had an audible this morning but joined Gump and Link for a Rush Hour Q in Green Level at Field of Dreams. We moseyed around, CDD, Bear Crawl, Lunge, Backwards run. Then a merkin, pull up, dip circuit. Then a squat, step up, pull up circuit. Then some Mary and a final mosey to the flag. Great to meet a new face and visit a new AO.
