Great morning with record numbers at South Cary’s newest AO. Started with the Mission and a reminder to never lose sight of it. Then mosey to WF parking lot for some warrior boxing, which was a series of jab-jab-jab-hook’s across the parking lot, in cadence. Then some standard warmup exercises such as SSH, mountain climbers, merkins, and South Cary Stretches. YHC’s merkin counting was suspect.

Mosey across Tryon with a quick stop for the newly-coined ‘Monkey Humper Tunnel of Love’ along the way. Then we did a set of 20-25’s where we did 25 merkins at one end of a road and 20 WWI’s at the other end, then 24 and 21, and so on until we got to 20-25. After that we did some hamstring strengthening exercises, which everyone loved, followed by YHC’s new favorite exercise–one-armed burpees–which everyone loved even more (and Yoga Mat gave a seriously impressive performance). Back to Waverly for some Australian pull-ups and some LSF’s until Term Paper did enough to make us feel like we were done.

COT: I’m grateful to be part of this region. Always keep the Mission in mind, and don’t let ego get in the way. It’s no surprise this region is growing the way it is. Keep doing what you’re doing. Don’t let anyone or anything distract you from our Mission. MIAGD.
