Due to the late Wolfpack game and early morning commute YHC decided to repeato a workout from last week’s Q using a deck o cards. Each pax flip a card and perform an exercise depending if it is red or black. BECAUSE THE WOLFPACK WON the red cards were LBCs! We celebrated. Black was merkin. After each card flip, take a lap and keep going until the deck is cleared and we restart another set. **Between each set do 3 Mary Rolls. These were very dusty rolls with the pollen–but no one complained…right.

Set 3: YHC gave the team a pep talk. Look we celebrated our win…but there’s more to be played. We can’t go Soft Cary and mail it in or we’ll be at home watching from the couch like all the other losers!! Give me BROAD JUMP BURPEES and Bear Crawls.
OK this is where we end the BB and move to the NMS. These were some of the comments I heard during the workout.
– “What’s a broad jump burpee, I’ve never done one before” WHAT?? What exercises are getting called around here??
– Comments about “we take it easy in South Cary”
– I asked if South Cary was an NC State player who would it be and we all agreed it’d be DJ Burns – mosey down the court and put in a solid 18 minutes of effort.
– Term Paper hatin on Carpex like he didn’t grow up there.
– I purposefully didn’t do the pledge or the South Cary stretch just to get some complaints ;p
But hey. It was an awesome morning! Definitely enjoyed it and loved having ya’ll show up, so thank you! I’ll be back for more fun exercises you’ve apparently never seen before.
