The cool temperatures return as embraced a typical warmup including some south Cary stretching. Short mossey around the parking to add some bear crawls, and lunge walks.
Always got a throw in some Carioca for the core work. Next we distributed some solid blocks from the F3 stash behind the dumpster. A couple of rounds of curls, presses, extensions, and rows. with some core mixed in. Then a short walk with overhead hold of the blocks which were now getting very heavy.
Picnic tables were next as the tool of choice for step ups, derkins, dips, and box cutters (2 rounds of each). Then we added some lower back stretches before another short mossey to the playground.
Pushed everyone for some pullups, lunge walks, suma squats, and diamond merkins. We finished with a series of stretches for lower back and hamstrings.
Good muscle work with a Zen finish.
I am grateful for F3 and all the men who lift me up.
