No mailing it in today at Stonecutters — shoulder day! Start with a brief warmup to include a Reverse Rocketman (stretch up to the sky, drop down into a crouch). Then onto rock work — usual suspects of Curls for Girls, Triceps, Deadlifts, OH presses.
The main event today was 6 two-minute blocks of partner work. Partner 1 does exercise 1 while partner 2 does exercise 2 to failure. Trade back and forth until the two minutes elapse. What the pax quickly figured out is that the exercises were actually the same exercise — one static and one active.
