Ghost Flag week is underway! 4 launched and 6 returned, but the only penalty was the humidity. We went through BCC to 540 with warmups on the pearls, and used the hills to come back. First it was 3s with Merkins. Next, 5s with LBCs. Finally 7s with Burpees. Watch out for the ant hill by Kohl’s 💀 Blitz back to the flag, ending with a PCHAND and arriving about a minute late.
