5 Ruck broz took their life into their hands on this refreshingly cool morning. One site Q was missing.
No pleasantries or procedures required, so we headed out. On our crossing of Kildaire one car wasn’t paying attention and just went while we were crossing and almost hit us. Not ideal…but we nimbly scurried and avoided being hit.
On we rucked deep in to Carpex territory. Hoping they don’t find out and lay claim to the AO! We did a quick 4 corners thang at some building with squats at each corner. Two rounds with 10 reps and then 15 reps. Back to the flag very close to on time…but well ahead of the run broz.
