Somehow Mayflower and Hallmark ended up at 88mph this morning, but fortunately they came prepared.
We started with a standard mosey and warmup we got going on a 7 of diamonds. This consisted of 4 corners of 7 side-plank-star-crunches, 14 flutter kicks, 21 merkins, 28 squats.
After a Q handoff we partnered up and did an ascending ladder of alternating holds and exercises. Partner 1 performed 1 squat while partner 2 did a squat hold. Then partner 2 did the rep while partner 1 holds. Same thing with 2 reps and so on up to 10 reps. A short mosey then repeated with a new exercise. This was done for squats, merkins, and not-a-burpee (since we didn’t fully stand up between reps).
Back to the flag for a long minute of chilcut, and we were done.
It was great to mix things up a bit and see some new faces on a Monday. MIAGD!
