Waffle House Line was busted so we worked out. We pledged and ran to the other end of the park for warm ups. Then a quick round of Dips, Erkins, Dirkins, and Mosey. We started at 10 decrementing by 2 and I got board around 6, so we left the park out the back entrance to the top of Greenwood Circle. This was kinda the start of leg day. We ran down the hill stopping at every driveway for prisoner squats starting at 2 and increasing by 2 at every driveway. We were at 22 at the bottom of the hill. Continue around the block with some driveway LBCs tossed in for color. At the bottom of the hill leading back up to the park I gave the PAX the opportunity to call the next driveway exercise thinking they would call “10 count at each driveway”. They called Bonnie Blairs instead and up the road we went. Back in the park we did a quick sprint then circled up for PAX favorite Mary.
