Thang 1: Four Corners: 5 Diamond Merkins, 10 Dancing Chilcuts, 15 squats, 20 Flutterkicks
Thang 2: Welsch Dragon: Bear Crawl 4 steps, perform 1 merkin, 1 plank jack; and 1 shoulder tap. Made it to 5 and almost across the basketball court.
Thang 3: Colonel Trautman: Partner 1 does 5 pullups Partner 2 does 20 sumo squats. Repeato with RDL’s and Lateral step ups.
Mary: Captain Thor: 1 big boy situp followed by 4 hammers. Ascending exercise up til 5 situps and 20 hammers.
Theresa: Shoulder stretches, leg stretches, back stretches

Moleskin:
1. Refried beans have a very long shelf life
2. Epoch Time: I don’t understand, but will cause havoc and chaos in 2035, or something like that.

4. Great to have Unitard out in the gloom recovering from surgery
