YHC had been a bit lazy on Monday mornings so picked up the Q yesterday to ensure my own accountability. Quick warm up lap to short warm up and off to the bottom of the valley for Pick your Poison half pipe hill repeats. Exercises were 5 burpees, 10 WW2 and 15 squats. If you elected to stop 1/3 of the way up, you did all; 2/3 your choice of 2 of the exercises; all the way any one of them. HRMerkins at the base, incrementing by 1 each time to keep track of laps. Switched up the exercises after 5.
Most pax chose the 2/3 option on the big hill and all the way on the shorter.
At the 28 minute mark from the valley, Indigenous people walk with backwards run to get to the front. This was surprisingly hard.
Back at the park we did light pole merkins starting at 2 and increasing by 2 each pole. Finished with 16 and then a mosey to the flag for a few rounds of Mary.
