[aothunderstruck] 202408 Q’d by Jigglypuff

Q: Jigglypuff
PAX: OTW (On The Way), French Lick, Kitty Litter, Homegrown
PAX (not in Slack): None
FNGs: None
COUNT: 5

5 braved the weather and were rewarded with the shelter of the Chef’s Palette patio! Thanks to OTW, we had 4 kettlebells for 5 PAX. After a warmup, we did supersets rotating through the 25-30-35-40lb KBs (which were in the order 25-40-30-35 IIRC) or being the odd man out. We did 40s on, 20s off through these supersets (twice each time) broken up with rainy pickle laps around Truist.

Finished by replacing the tables and bringing the gear back to the cars. 4 stayed for the gas-pump-loiter coffeteria where we saw Crabgrass and Tonnage.

Music Theme: music inspired by a mix-CD a friend gave me in 2010. music spanned from 2006-2009 (linked below).
Announcements: WGC, AmBRR
NMS: Today was super fluid in the planning – I recycled my 5/15 Hulk Q and added in the contingency for nonKB. Watched the lightning forecast up until 5:29 and decided to stay under the patio to avoid being caught a half-mile from the site. Luckily it held off so that we could get a little bit of puddle splashing around the bank. Gotta soak the PAX on a morning like today.

As always, grateful for y’all 4 on this rainy AM, it went by quick!
