6 were there on time, one was seconds late, one was lucky he didn’t get left. After a brief admonishment, no penalty burpees were given and we moseyed out.
Warm-ups at the Millpond Dance Studio for a taste of our dance themed workout. YHC started up the dance playlist as well. Moseyed over to the Milllpond Family Dental parking lot for 11s with Travolta merkins and J Los. After completing that we went to another parking lot for 7s of Breakdancer merkins and Shakiras. Headed back to the flag for a few minutes of Mary before HAND.
