Today I recognized my one year anniversary of my hip replacement. So we did some recovery PT exercises.
Standard Stonecutters Warm-up
Thang 1: One lap then; Step downs; one-legged Homer to Marg’s; RDL’s; squats. Repeato for 3 sets
Thang 2: Mosey to the new pull up bars at Ritter. Partner 1 holds Chillcut while Partner 2 does 3 pull ups. Repeato 2 more times with Dancing Chillcuts’ and ChillJacks.
Thang 3: Mosey to shelter. Table shrugs and leg raises
