Strong showing at BIB this morning. Must have been the tantalizing pre-blast from Joe Smith. Weather was absolutely perfect for a vanilla bootcamp. And that is exactly what was delivered! 2.5 miles were covered as we traversed the largest parking lot in Cary. Mixed in some rock exercises, wheel barrows, bear crawls, crab walks, triple nickel, etc. Great mumblechatter was enjoyed – as always. If you have kids and at least one night open this weekend, you should definitely jump on the camping trip at Cliffs of Neuse State Park. Weather is looking ideal. See #2nd F for more details.
