Day 1 of Culture Week completed successfully at 88MPH this morning. YHC had the honor of Qing this fine group of HIMs on this fine morning. We started out with an introduction, mission, core principles and the pledge. During the workout we covered a little history of F3, the starfish and the magnet. Culture discussion was on point…the workout was a close second.

Prayers for Kitty Litter’s MiL and her current health struggles and all of the unspoken prayers we all have.
