On this day we focused on the 2nd F as we rucked around South Cary.
We made our way over to Lochmere Pavilion to do some exercises that cemented our bond:
Gargoyles
Lunges
Upper deckers
Erkins

Then we stuck together as we circumnavigated Loch Lomond and through the apartment to get to Whole Foods where we had just enough time to look very odd while attempting to write a message in Strava.

Made it back to COT right on time.

Bowling night on Friday.

Discussed the glue of the group and the growth.

Lifted up prayers for Best in Show, Sbarro’s stepmother’s mother and Kitty Litter’s MIL.
