We thoroughly reviewed the definition of 2nd F and its impact to our culture. We did some exercises in the Waffle House parking lot. We then embarked on a nostalgic tour of South Hills including stops at Guardinos Italian, Thai Villa, D and S Cafeteria, Ruth’s Chris, the 2nd best Japanese Steakhouse in the triangle which is so highly ranked due primarily to convenience to SCary, wrapping up with Krispy Kreme.

Did some mary and glute work at the future Pickleball court, including some Marge to Homers.
