THE THANG: In preparation for this Q, YHC thought of the favorites aspects and memorable A-Team beatdowns over the last 8 years.
We began with some suicides on the amazing, refinished basketball court.
After a quick wellness check on Cauliflower in the shelter, we selected rocks from the abysmal selection next to the bball court. Curls for gurls, rock rows, overhead extension, overhead press, and rock your body; with a overhead rock lunge in between each exercise.
Finally, the PAX performed a set of 7s on the hill heading back to the flag. Merkins at the top and squats at the bottom, but with Partner Carry up the hill each trip. YHC thinks he overheard that partner carries was the highlight of today’s workout!
