After a race weekend turned sick week followed by an out-west vacation, I’m back! I saw the empty Q spot last week and figured there was no better way to return to the gloom than by going high tempo. And I only almost puked once!

Run to Garmin, stopping in the main Koka lot to avoid traffic and warm up. Run up to the back lot, and gather at the east-most island for
THANG 1 – Increasing Merkins at the 6 Islands. Interval (non-pain train) style. 2nd round was Increasing Squats at the islands, no intervals, 1-6 all at once.

Back to the triangular Regency Lakeview lot for two rounds of 3 Corners. We did the standard 10-20-30 Dora set.

Plank around the nearest traffic circle for a burpee ring of fire type routine. Back to the flag. 5k distance achieved! H2H, HAND, that’s it!

Happy R E S P E C T to Nabisco. We were almost a full meh workout save for HIM.

During COT I was reminded of the consistency that this group demonstrates by being in the same place at the same time every week. God doesn’t change and is reliably consistent, and this group was a reflection of that for me today. Glad to be back!!
