Four showed up to brave the elements on a fine Monday morning. Luckily the temps were ok. Know the AO was in the cards today, so we said the pledge and then hit the streets for a good warmup jog up Ederlee to a nice spot in the Chiesi lot. Parking deck had its place today as we went round and round with some calisthenic exercises on each end. Various versions of SSH’s and squats. All in all a good 3.5 miles picked up today.
