19 at Detention in Raleigh for an Astro / Cousin It Co-Q. YHC led the mosey, warmup and thang 1 and Cousin It did the rest. Weather dome held.
Standard mosey and warmups. Thang 1 was 4 rounds of 4 corners with exercises from 12 days of Christmas. Also introduced the pax to the world’s worst merkin, which they seemed to really like!
Thang 2 was a shelter Dora with step ups, urkins and jump squats.
Thang 3ish was partners with bear crawl out and back while the other partner does an exercise and then switch. Some Mary followed.
